All orders must be signed by the clients or sent in writing by fax or email, being the responsibility of the customer any error that occurs if the order is made by telephone.

Our manufactured products will be served in the measurements, models and colours that customers request, such data will be reflected in the order forms that we will supply for free.

All the prices quoted are ex-works, being the buyer’s account the shipping costs. If your order is less than € 120 the delivery will be charged in invoice, orders over € 120 will be paid by our company (only Peninsula shihpments)..

The prices reflected in the tariff do not include VAT which will be applied according to the rates in force at the time of billing. You can find them at the end of each invoice.

For payment purposes, the measurements are rounded off 5cm by 5cm.

The form of payment will be 30 and 60 days invoice date.

With cash payment a 3% discount will be made.

The breach of any stipulated payment will suppose the advance of the amount of the orders requested.

No claim that has been submitted after 15 days from the date of receipt of the goods will be accepted. In the event of error external to the factory, we reserve the right to exchange that merchandise; if we do, we will apply a 35% depreciation on the value of the same. The merchandise will be returned to the factory at postage prepaid, not proceeding to its exchange until the merchandise is in our warehouse, for its later examination and evaluation.

We will not accept returned merchandise with poor packaging or with obvious signs of incorrect handling.

By not being the installer of the supplied product, J. Chico Ponce will not be liable for any damage that may be caused by the product, due to incorrect placement or manipulation in the installation.
